Upcoming Workshops

Foam Roller: Finding Space, Support & Ease
October 1st, 9am PT - $25
The foam roller is one of my favorite tools—I keep one everywhere I teach. In this workshop, we’ll use a roller, the floor, and the wall to work with gravity, pressure, and body weight in ways that help interrupt habitual bracing and give the nervous system new sensory information. Through movement, breath, and sound, we’ll explore greater expansion through the ribs and torso, new access to the pelvic floor, and more ease in the organization of breath support.

Tennis Ball: Unbinding the Voice
October 29th, 9am PT - $25
Using just a tennis ball, body weight, and the floor, we’ll work from the feet to the neck to find the places where your body has learned to hold, brace, and compensate. Rather than simply “releasing tight muscles,” we’ll stay with specific points long enough to notice the chain of muscles that has coupled around them—often layering effort on top of effort. The goal is to give your system enough time and sensory information to reorganize.

Jaw, Tongue & Neck: Hands-On Release
December 2nd, 9am PT - $25
Using only our hands, we’ll explore the jaw, tongue, neck, and scalp—working externally and intra-orally to access places singers often hear about but rarely get to actually feel. This is a chance to get curious about the physical structures that shape your voice, feel them for yourself, and discover what becomes available when unnecessary effort begins to let go.
